Refund policy
Our Commitment We stand behind every pair of ApexFrame sunglasses. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to fix it.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return, email apexframeshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item — we cover return shipping.
- If you're returning for personal reasons (changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, etc.) — return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items Items returned after 30 days or showing signs of use/damage caused by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
